Great experience overall. The team was able to mount and balance my new 22-inch wheels and tires at a very reasonable price. They handled the larger wheels carefully, completed the work the same day, and the final price was much lower than another shop I had checked. I appreciated the service and would return again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! Today reminded me that outstanding customer service still exists, and I found it at Pep Boys. I brought my 2020 Range Rover Velar in because I wanted it to be completely ready for the seasons ahead. The team installed four new Michelin CrossClimate2 tires, performed a precision wheel alignment, balanced the tires, completed an oil change, replaced my wiper blades, and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the entire vehicle. Every detail mattered to them, and it showed. What impressed me even more than the quality of the work was the people. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism. Every member of the team took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt like “just another customer.” I felt like someone whose safety and satisfaction truly mattered. You can tell when people take pride in their work. This team does exactly that. Went to Dracut location for a tire fix with no appointment but the lady that was at the front said it wouldn’t be a problem Andrew was the best and if it could be fixed would only take about 15 minutes. I just would like to say what I observed while standing there waiting was something different than anyplace else! This woman’s next customer came in with a small child and her interaction with him was the sweetest as she took care of regular business she made the little guy feel special asking him questions, giving him a high five and then reached behind the desk and handed him a small bottle of what the dad told his boy was bubbles. I witnessed a huge smile on his face as she told him it was for being such a good boy and to make sure he came back with dad next time. In a busy environment it’s nice to see people take time to make others feel like they matter and she made each person smile or laugh with her interactions. Oh and my tire got fixed almost too quick I was enjoying watching her at work Thanks Pep Boys you fixed my tire and made me feel good too

Ellen provided amazing customer service. It was very busy the day I was there and she juggled the customers accordingly. I went to the store because my vehicle was making a vibration feeling every time I applied the brakes. Antonio test drove the vehicle with me and although he couldn’t feel what I felt, he told me to come back if it got worse. He checked under the hood and made sure there wasn’t anything loose or out of place.

Id put 0 stars if I could. Called in to check on my car, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Not wanting to lose my spot in queue but wondering if they forgot me, I called via a second phone, they picked up immediately. They said sorry once i told them they left me on hold, and proceed to put me on hold again. Thats just the phone service. Then when it came to leaving my car with them i booked online to which they said online is not how they work, call in instead or arrive in person. Ok whatever, booked me for next available time next day. They took my car for the whole day, didnt even call me back. The next day, i had to call in for an update. and It took them so long just to figure out what car im talking about. They finally tell me its ready to pickup just to realize they didnt change out my wheels the whole day. Idk how to even describe how incredibly dumbfounded I was when I came in to pick up the car. All I asked was to SWAP WHEELS and 24+hrs later they didn't even do that. Needless to say I went straight to another shop as they keep messing everything up no matter how many times ive tried to make things clear. Other shop did it within 2 hours. ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN H
